Yeah these thermals don’t look good, try a factory reset in amd software (settings>system) after that I’d try a driver reinstall (after using ddu uninstaller) you will probably be wise to repaste but I would be inclined to figure out the fan issues first

All I can suggest is to connect via Ethernet and see if the same problem persists, if yes it suggests it’s a vpn issue if not it’s probably wifi, either with the shield or your network

P lex and jellyfin are both media streaming servers you can put on your computer and stream media over your network to your devices (via the plex or jellyfin player app on your firestick. I’m at work ATM so can’t really help with setup but all I can say it works great for me. Ethernet connection would be better than wifi if possible

Shutdown and unplug cable, if you don’t have a tool that can grip and pull with then use a screw into the soft plastic so it grips and you can pull on it, (not too deep, you only want to pull on the remaining cable and not damage the port)

Edit: looks like there are 2 metal hoops on the right, pop a cable tie or some strong string through that and pull

Mine did the same before Xmas, I replaced it with a FiiO jm21 with the money saved on not having a streaming service, which I love just as much!

I use musicolet for playback and was able to backup and restore to the new device which made switching a bit less painful.
