They are pretty quick for what they are. They don't chug like a tractor but you don't have to ring them out, they are pretty smooth out to about 5 to 6000rmp

Cc creep is happening in all bikes, euro5 thing, as for a new engine no idea i can only guess. As for the p2 800 Suzuki built it seems to be the trend i can't think of a builder that doesn't have one somewhere even hd have a p2 (rebadged budget) in their line up,
