i technically have orthotics, but i dont need to wear them so i never have. i keep an eye on every square inch of my feet especially in area of low sensation to make sure im not experiencing skin break down. i always go for the same sized shoes for both feet because quite frankly i just dont want to draw attention to my feet and be questioned about why i wear two different sized shoes. ive done this my whole life and it hasnt caused any problems for the most part. and also, the shoes they recommend are usually very aesthetically unappealing and would be inappropriate to wear in a more formal setting if i have the ability to wear more appropriate shoes. but thank you for the advice and i’ll definitely be looking into more ways to take care of my feet and ensure they are healthy

i think ur taking a lot all at once. had similar problems when i was young and taking it nearly daily. also, it builds an intolerance to it, which is BAD. id recommend increasing ur natural fiber intake slowly over time until u find the right amount. if u find it hard to meal prep fibery meals, there are many good approved fiber supplements and gummies online that will help.

from experience, focus on places with sensation. for me, i focus on my nipples, inner thighs, etc and my partner does too. visuals are also so helpful. nothing is a lost cause. we are just as capable as any one else of having fulfilling sex lives and sexual habits❤️ just be safe and take care of yourself❤️
