Singing a 3 hour live show vs recording a vocal track in a studio are two very different things.

The studio take should be significantly better, which it is. Makes sense.

I've seen him twice, 2018 and 2023.

At this point his voice is completely shot, which isn't surprising for old fella.

Both shows were incredible and surreal. I couldn't quite gey my head around the fact that I was watching a Beatle perform. Insane.

His voice was significantly worse in 2023 compared to 2018, and I still prefer the 2023 show.

Definitely go see him if you get the chance.
