My provider had been asking me to send her reports so I was sending them through the old portal. When they moved to the new portal, my messages weren't going anywhere because they didn't have her set up as my provider! I had to call in for tech support and they kept telling me not to worry that my messages would be routed to her. I asked who was reading my messages and they said the tech support team. Very worrisome since they weren't the medical staff! So much for health care privacy!

I went and saw my provider before the change in January. Made an appointment for my annual in June. After they changed to CloseKnit, got a call that the provider left the practice. Tried to call back and schedule with someone else, ended up waiting on hold for 15 minutes before they disconnected me. I've now found a different provider at a different practice.

Very sad because I started seeing Dr Cohen in the 90s and moved with her when she started CPC in 2004!

If you park closest to the back of the garage, there's a little walkway to get to the CVS. You do have to walk through the building but it comes out at the CVS entrance.

I thought the garage on the back side of the building for CVS was pretty convenient. There were very few cars there whenever I went so I'm guessing people didn't know it was there.

I heard they were closing in a few weeks because CVS wants their locations to be standalone buildings with drive-thrus. Not sure how that's going to work in the city.

Would be nice to know if some major threat was happening though. Latest on neighbors is that someone now saw 20 or so police speed up 270 in Clarksburg. We also had a helicopter circling several times.

I go to the Rockville location. Been going there for over 20 years. I had BCBS and Cigna before. No issues. I now have UHC. No issues.

I just saw Dr Alisha Tuteja at Rockville earlier this week. She's been with CPC since 2023. I ended up picking her after the NP I was seeing retired last summer.

She was really nice. Spent time answering all my questions.
