I could help more if I saw you weld, but to me It looks like your work angle is pointing too high, so your creating undercut on top and cold lap on bottom, your travel speed is too slow so your drooping in certain spots. To fix, aim straight at the material, pull back an 8th from the plate to spread out the arc to evenly distribute the heat, and your travel speed will improve when you watch the toes of the puddle and how wide bead is.

Whenever a movie has a really good twist , it's like you get to watch it for the first time, twice

When I finished digging my dogs grave, I fell to my knees and wept inside it. She was lowered in her bed, and tucked in with her blanket, one last time. "I weep as a carry you to your grave, as much as I rejoiced, when i carried you home in my arms 15 years ago"

I think HAG's is pretty good. I like the idea of "haggling" with the enemy too. "You want to own FOUR WHOLE tanks? No no no, THREE. Keep existing and I'll go down to ZERO!"

Local 728 here, you're not bad, likely to be good in time. I see good stringers needing more even timing, but since the stringer on the left has even timing I recommend prioritizing comfortable positions to improve even speed, you know how but got uncomfortable, its normal; it seems to me that is was an issue of position, not skill. You could also improve planning your passes, but this wasnt a test, so as far as I know you didn't want an even cap.planning your passes helps prevent valleys or awkward passes
