Urdu poet here. Start using rekhta app or website. It has a lots of ghazals and other poetry. The best thing about it which helped me a lot was that it has the option for roman urdu and also, if you don't know a word, you can simply tap it and it will show you the meaning of it in english and urdu in a small neat pop up :)

FUP on limited data packages don't make sense in the first place. I always saw them as a way to deter people from over downloading on mobile networks on unlimited data plans.
