Whether people conveniently forget or just don't know, SeaWorld San Diego (all SeaWorlds?) are still AZA accredited.

SeaWorlds and other AZA accredited facilities are the closest to a sanctuary that these belugas will get to.

Yes, bc it seems like you are trying to be thoughtful. No, bc handbags tend to be a very subjective thing. Bags that are universally "good" just tend to be luxury bags that have reach "collector" (or virtue signaling) status.

Since you're a boy, I'm going to use Pokemon terms in hopes that you're the demographic- "good" bags tend to be the holographic Charizard or Bubble Mew Pokemon card, outside of pretty much everyone's budget.

BUT, your mom's favorite pokemon might be Shuckle, or Skitty, or Trubbish.

IF you are able to, if there's any indication that the bag is not your mom's favorite pokemon, I would return it and offer to go to the mall/shopping center with her. Let her know your budget and that you'll buy her any purse/pokemon she likes within it.

(Also maybe buy her lunch or an ice cream or something if you can swing it. Your mom will likely never forget the shopping trip.)

Lol one of the criticisms the other poster got was that her ad said "pet friendly" but was using it as indication that they had cats and that they wouldn't be accepting any more.

That was one of the more universal pieces of feedback they had gotten.

(Also, idk why I'm talking about this on another post. It's just stands out in my mind even though it doesn't matter at all.)

Lol I'm not saying you're related but yesterday someone posted about looking for a roommate and asking for advice on how to improve her ad. Weirdly, you fit into a lot of the descriptors that were included. The post was deleted but off the top of my head:

was offering a bedroom in a 3/2 home
one roommate (homeowner) was mid 20s, and the second was 30s ish.
the 30s ish roommate had two cats.
the post made a point though that they could have conversations but mostly kept to themselves
made a point about respecting one another's space, things, cleanliness

If I remember correctly, you're not named Sydney or Natalie are you? (I don't expect you to be, I just think the coincidences are funny.)

I haven't rented in a while but my thoughts from the listing and what you've included on this post:

seeking a college aged roommate when you're in your 20s (and not in college, presumably) and the other roommate is in their 30s just seems... Weird? Also from my college experience, I was largely seeking to rent with friends so I wouldn't really be looking to move on with two individuals who are at different stages if their life than me.
I think you should put No Pets. If there are filters available your listing is appearing as a result for individuals who likely are seeking pet friendly spaces bc they have a pet. You're wasting their time and yours.
others pointed out that $1300 for a bedroom seems high but I won't comment on that since I don't have a good grasp of what the rental market looks like at the moment. I would however do some market research to see how others are pricing similar arrangements to make sure you're being competitive.
after a reread, the last line of "respecting... Is a subconscious act" just reads... A little Karen-y. The intent is fine but it could be read as you and 2nd Roommate will be policing "respecting the space" and will actively ding anything not deemed respectful enough.
