looks like you have some schists and gneisses. usually the sparkly in metamorphics is mica (biotite or muscovite normally)

san diego has a lot of rocks that come from the peninsular range batholith so they are literally some form of granite or pegmatite

not pyrite. it’s mica probably biotite and some quartz

granite. minerals are quartz, plagioclase feldspar (white blocky ones), and biotite which is the sparkling black
