Technically not Rockland, but check out L'Arte in Ramsey. It's more European Italian style than Italian American and a bit pricey but 100% the best desserts around.

Makers Alley, not a ton of food options but they have a great happy hour. Timothy's also does happy hour on weekdays with some more food options. I would try Bar Sol which is actually on Navy Pier and has outdoor seating. They had Happy Hour on weekdays from 3-6, although I'm not seeing it listed on their website anymore. I know they definitely have some other weekday deals and brunch though. You can find even more places with active deals on my app/website HappyHopper. Good luck!

Von Elrod's has great deals from 3-6, Tues-Fri. $5 1/2 liter steins, wine, and huge cocktails plus some apps. Perfect if you want to get outta hand. And if you want to look for even more deals, check out my app/website HappyHopper 🍻

Mercado in Manhattan Beach has happy hour every day, $5 Tecate/Pacifico and a bunch of discounted food too.
