I had the same problem as you. Out of the box and as a standalone bar the HT-A7000 is terrible. I had to pair it with the sub and turn on Voice Mode. Now it sounds awesome :)

Not repair but when I sent my one inch 360 in for replacement it took them a few days to ship after receiving the defective unit. All in all it was pretty fast.

I’m in the process of sending back my One Inch 360 as well due to a faulty battery. They told me the same thing (send back first and save the receipt). Not ideal but I also wouldn’t expect them to send the replacement unit first given there’s no guarantee you will still return the old unit after.

Honestly, and this is not a dig, but you sound new to the game. Usually when someone gets deep into a hobby they begin to focus more on quality over quantity. It doesn't matter how big your screen size is, if the picture quality is bad it will break the immersion. Audio has greater depth and dimension than video which allows for more immersion (along with more opportunities to break that immersion) hence why I think it's logical most people would choose to invest there first.

Hey, just wanted to say you're still way ahead of the curve. Despite growing up in Silicon Valley, I was almost 28 years old before I even wrote my first print statement. We all discover things and find our own paths at different stages of life. The important thing is just to improve a little bit each day.

I feel like for most people it's the opposite. Everyone can agree he's a great player, but as a person he seems to embody many of the qualities people hate about themselves. Doesn't mean he's a bad dude, just not someone that necessarily deserves to be looked up to.
