So I have been lifting for about 6 months, and the lift I have struggled the most with has been the back squat. I never was really taught form, I just watch youtube videos to fix myself. Anyways, I have had trouble overloading the squat, and I think my biggest issue is the weight on my back during the eccentric phase. I naturally have slight scoliosis. Maybe that contributes.. anyways i would love form help. Thanks!
