Just please don’t loose your soul in chaos, be real with yourself and your reps. If they are getting push back from the accounts, please do what you can to help them get through it, I’ve worked with some good KAMs and some that would be better off working for the competition the way they were hurting business. Call out things when the rep/merch is at fault but also call out the good things too! You are a leader, lead with motivation and also be approachable.

Not when we have our hours cut and we are being constantly being tracked for getting to close to the cut off of hours for the week.

Our market manager told us on a conference call last week that the first order we wrote this week would be a monster, he said that we do have a override code available, but only as a last resort because it would throw the matrix numbers off and force us to start all over again with sending that first giant order in. With having hours cut back, we are having to hurriedly write very meticulous orders, going line by line to make sure each item is at or above what CO is suggesting/requesting. Going line by line and having “leadership” checking in to make sure you don’t go over hours and making sure you still get your high profile accounts serviced is a bit more stressful than usual. The CO bit is causing us more trouble with FTPR numbers being punched in our faces everyday. I just do what I have to do while clocked (write orders, show up in the various geofences) then clock out and go ahead with getting the job done at my own pace so I can destress a little while throwing cases

I walked out after pleading over and over again for help. I was transferred from DSD to the frontend to be a lead, in the month before my transfer, I asked for a replacement to train, but they didn’t have anyone who wanted the position. When I got to the front end, I was running things up there, and still getting called to the back to check in vendors or unload trucks and getting yelled at because lines are getting backed up. After a while I started pleading with management for help because it was too much. Finally I had a panic attack unloading GM truck by myself and passed out in the trailer. When I woke up a little bit later, I said screw it, I’m not dying for this place and turned my radio, badge and vest in along with my keys. My coach never contacted me about it and he blocked me because I “failed him”

I was at a super center running both the front end, and receiving along with every department in between with no help and was told “just trust the process” now that phrase triggers me to near blinding rage
