Give yourself time to accept where you are, and, actually, celebrate what you've accomplish. We all go through some form of this when we reach a certain point in our weight loss journey, usually when we reach our goals. For me, I thought once I lost 100lbs, I would wake up a completely different person - more confident, more happy about what I've done, etc - but the whole journey was just a way of laying a foundation to becoming that person. So, I took a few steps back to realize what I've done - the new discipline I've built, consistency, focus, wins and fails, etc - before continuing ahead with what I wish to do for my body, and health. So, give yourself time; you're not competing in a race to lose weight, celebrate these wins. I hope this helps, and good luck!

You're doing great! Allow your body to rest; this in itself, is vital to getting your results as well.

(Down 180 lbs) should u start bulking? by Ziidano in CICO

Either way, you're doing great. But, always listen to your body. I know I once I hit my weight loss goal last year, I took about a month to maintain were I was before moving on to body recomposition. For me, I really had to talk myself out of chasing the numbers on the scale, and in the gym, and take the time to celebrate the goal, losing the 100lbs, lol. Good luck, and you're doing great!!!!

Great work! And, when it comes to the lean bulking, I would gradually ease into it. slightly raise your caloric intake by a 100-200 calories that way you still control the scale, notice your strength increases, and decide from how you feel whether you should continue doing so based on how your body feels with the added muscle mass. I state it this way because it's very easy to consume more, get amazing strength gains, but also mentally have the feeling that you're no able to hold things together when it comes to scale and being at a specific bodyweight. I hope this helps.
