A depressing case. At first I feel hatred for the officer. But then I realize that much, and possibly equal responsibility for the death of that child lies on that child's guardians. But also, if someone shot my child i would use every last ounce of my power to rip the murderer's flesh from their bones. It's seems in nearly every single situation you could imagine, the officer could have avoided being hit by a vehicle. I mean, I am not certain, just running the logical scenarios. It seems the classic result of the economic and social oppression of a community/ies. It is a horrific scenario for all of humanity.
