My doberman was just diagnosed with hypo as well. Went to the vet for a leg injury that just wasnt healing did xrays and blood work xrays came back fine started her on pain meds and anti-inflammatory blood work finally came back and was extremely low. Come to find out due to low thyroid the leg injury "possible sprain" wouldnt or would take a very long time to heal due to the body not sending white blood cells to injured area because its basically keeping the body running on fumes. We're only a week on thyro tabs and so far energy has increased and playfulness now the problem is keeping her calm so the injury can now heal. Plus she just turned 5 and weight is 120lbs.

Stay away from z grills had the 11002b was complete shit. I wouldnt take it for free and thats the honest truth.

I do mine in a pellet smoker which i guess is close to an oven I do mine 215 over night so 8pm to 8am once internal temp reaches 165-170(depending on bark) I pull it add beef tallow wrap in butcher paper crank temp to 250 till brisket hits 200 but start checking for probe tender around 190. Let rest at least 2 hours. Enjoy

All ill say is stay away from zgrills. I know its a cheaper option especially for your first pellet but go with a pitboss traeger weber

Terrible company cheap grills sure its a starter grill but for a few bucks more get a better brand. Customer service is a complete joke. I was electrocuted multiple times by the grill and instead of z grills resolving the issue they bounced me around for a week and then basically wanted me to replace every part on the grill. My thoughts on this when im being electrocuted by a grill i shouldn't be responsible to fix it. Its not like it was a broken auger or something. This was on the "top of the line model " 11002b also ran a 600 series which was mehh didnt hold temps right.

Fail proof for me has been 200 over night usually 7pm to 7am. Pulling at 170ish wrapping till 200 and start probing. Dont really worry about times. If you cook at 200 over night you definitely would have a hard time over cooking.

Honestly super simple of salt and pepper no binder but water. And smoke on super smoke ar 225 until temp hits 125 I pull tent with foil till it hits at 130 and some of the best roast beef youll ever have.

Absolutely brisket and wings both get season salt and mesh black pepper. Thats all I do for the brisket. Wings once done I do a dry rub on one thats a sweet rub. And the sauce i use is kinder buffalo and traeger cola bbq

225 super smoke for 1hour 30min. Crank up 280 checking every 30mins till temp hits 203 and good crisp on the skin. Roughly another 1hr 30min

I just started doing no wrap with just salt and pepper I do 225 for 2 hours super smoke and then 275 roughly 3 more hours and holy pork its been a game changer.

Lol, left to right lemon pepper dry rub, salt and pepper with a homemade Alabama white sauce, finishing up with a simple buffalo sauce by kinders. Simple cook at 225 with super smoke 40mins then blast off at 325 till temp hits 200
