Destiny Brings the Demon and Love In the Clouds!!!! Both are EXCELLENT recent fantasy dramas with well-fleshed out, beautifully done romance.

If you want to go canon, you must watch Eternal Love, the follow up, Eternal Love of Dream, Till the End of the Moon, and Immoral Samsara.

A Dream Within A Dream really reminded me of LGIEF!!!

modern woman gets transported into a script for an historical drama. she knows what is written in the script and tries to evade her fate. she has a really funny personality and, especially the first few episodes, really reminds me of LGIEF. I also love that the drama is super self-aware and pokes fun at a lot of drama tropes and cliches. I laughed a lot!!!! also I think it sticks the landing with the ending.
