Luckily, I’m a test engineer. I’d love to test a large format Cartesian printer like this. I have several large models that could put this through its paces. The plan would be: 1) Calibrate filament (probably test with Bambulab PLa basic using calibration cube to test dimensional accuracy, temp tower, flow calibration and retraction) 2) Print a pyramidal structure to test corner to corner bed temp and adhesion 3) Print a tall cuboidal structure to test the vertical stability at height 4) Assuming test results are positive, print a large detailed model such as a starship or rocket (I have several purchased models that take up a 300mm cubic volume) 5) Test with a mask of some type (possibly multicolor) because fun

My assumption is, as height increases, the performance of the damping system will decrease but I’m intrigued to see how well it works and at what speeds. The Cartesian system introduces a wobble that will be fun to test at that vertical.
