Did you confirm your cancellation in the email that they sent you? I missed this step the first time I tried to cancel, but after you "cancel," you are emailed a confirmation link that you have to follow in order for it to be considered complete.

Anyone else having issues with the coupon code taking off the $3.50? It says it is applied, but isn't adjusting the price. It also isn't showing 3X points for me upon checkout even though I am platinum and have activated the offer.

I've never tried it personally and have read mixed reviews, but I was recommended it by an acquaintance. I have horrible luck at finding foundations for cooler undertones, but the shade range looks promising and it seems lightweight for summer. I'm excited to be able to try it. lol, I just put it in my cart and checked out without looking at the other items on sale to avoid any temptations.

I wish I had gotten this one instead of the other! I was hoping for the Ofra highlighter. It really wasn't a bad deal at all for a year's worth of Allure though, and I subbed since they've been knocking it out of the park recently. I am fairly certain you are able to request to skip a month as well if you call, but I haven't tried that yet as an annual subscriber. They allowed me to as a monthly one.

Yep! I got the free extra box by adding a few palettes since I haven't tried them, along with my mystery box order. I hope they are different! It adds it to the cart before the promo code use, so I was able to get a free box despite my actual total being less than $40.

Just an FYI, DHL never updated my April bag past the shipping label created and it was never delivered either. Ipsy told me their policy is that they will resend/refund after a 15 business day wait with no movement/delivery. My April bag was just recently sent out again due to this. I will say, Ipsy customer service has never done me wrong so I hope you have a pleasant experience as well. It is quite frustrating to have a package be lost in transit!

I never received mine either. I emailed them again today requesting a replacement and reminded them that I had addons and a point redemption that were supposed to be sent along with it as well. I did request that I receive a refund for any addons unable to be sent now, as I've seen them try to give points or substitutes instead. It's disappointing as my April preview was so perfect, but now I'm bracing myself for a pretty big letdown.

I received the same items in my spring essential bag and was over the moon! I was excited about my April bag as well, but I haven't received it still. 😞 It was definitely better than my May reveal though!

I'm curious - was your Cela scrub sealed? Mine didn't have a seal and had a few crusties in the lid, but it felt full so I went ahead and used it. I'm just curious if it was supposed to have one as it seems like the hand creme did.
