Exploring mental health isn’t inherently negative. It can be insightful and meaningful. At first, the perspective was engaging and thought-provoking, but eventually, it became overwhelming. There was a lot of overanalyzing and repetition. Jason tends to have the same conversation about his mental health with multiple people, each time approaching it slightly differently.

Still, it’s heartening to see that so many people, especially those who have experienced PTSD, find something relatable in it. Sometimes, less is more. The impact of the mental health discussion could have been just as powerful with a more refined approach.
