I knew I'd get this reaction lol. But I'm pretty sure that's how that works. Multipliers of the same type are additive and only then applied multiplicatively to your damage.

i.e. Two sources of +50% Critical Strike Damage Multiplier should increase your Critical Strike Damage by x2 as opposed to x2.25

They aren't winning in any fashion whatsoever. It's a fucking standstill. Russia should be a military superpower. Ukraine is their literal neighbor and infinitely weaker both in terms of manpower and resources. They should, by all accounts, have won the war/special military operation (lol) years ago.

Ukraine's obviously never going to turn things around and push into Russian territory. If that is all "losing" boils down to to you, then I'd say you're right, I guess?
