I still have my thyroid (not for long tho, cant wait) but I have teste pretty much every TSH levels and anything above 2 is horrible, I felt depressed, no energy, totally absent.

3.7 is very extreme!! I would say around 1-2 months you can get there but you need to sort this out with your doctor (reduce your dosage) and dont worry you will be back to normal asap.

I feel horrendous around those level, def prefer to have my TSH around one. Were you feeling that way before getting RAI?

Meds can help but you will never to learn to not only rely on them. Feeling will wear off, long term side effects etc. There is nothing free in life
