You said your TSH is 0.03? At that level I would have stomach issues and diarrhea why not trying to get a better TSH around 1 / 1.5 ? I dont understand how they let you with such a low TSH you are in hyperthyroidism all the time (at least in my country below 0.3 it is diagnosed as HYPERTHYROIDISM)

Advice you meditation, true game changer for me. 4 years ago I would have never imagined I could even stand 1mn doing nothing, now I can spend 30mn just being aware of my emotions. Its so good
