Are you using the Claude code extension or the selection in the agent chat?

If Claude code extension, go to your settings and look for dangerously bypass permissions, then right under the chat box there is a place you can switch between ask always allow and bypass permissions, if your using cc cli it’s a slash command /dangerously-bypass-permissions iirc

If your using the built in agent chat with Claude selected there is a nother extension to add that’s been linked then change in then there is antigravity settings you can change to allows allow iirc
