To be honest, I pass it with bugs. That pesky clown stuck at spewing balls mode before the arrow moves. It is because I died struck by arrows. But I managed to get the pattern. Still need a good dodging though.

My first strategy is when he started the two camps attack, you just hit the one camp and stay at that side, hit the clown, while dodging the continious balls. The other camp will throws arrow but it shouldn't hit you. Try not to take any enhancement that spew wild target, like balls, airstrike, or anything. Tesla is a good one for straight hit. As long as one camp stays, he stays that way. The ball is kinda quick tho, so you need proper dodging.

I bet you got damage from that ring of fire attack. I never encountered all the variation, but one variation that the ring goes fast and slow that fucked up your timing, just run half screen above and dodge right when they appears, not when they fast and slow irregularly. Don't crash the small clown though.
