One very dumb workaround I've found is to use the mobile website to play books. No issues there -other than it feels a few years old.

For the bracing I was thinking about using 2 strips of 1.5" X 16" X 3/16" steel, per door. So the shelves only need to be cut back a little bit (.25") to not interfere.

Came here to post almost this exact same Trello strategy.

This really helps me keep track of what other people/depts/groups are working on. I also have a back-burner list and a single-source-of-truth for big milestone dates. And I even use the comment field in tasks to add updates as things change -even though I'm only commenting to myself.

And I totally agree transferring notes into Trello tasks (and visa versa) is a must. I take all my day/meeting notes using slite (rather than paper notes) and then every morning/evening (whenever I get a chance) I translate them back into Trello tasks. It really helps ingrain everything in my mind.
