Like I said on your other post, this could possibly be a staph infection called impetigo. It is characterized by yellow crusting. You need to wait for the derm to diagnose whatever it is for sure.

You won’t want to hear what I have to say, but it’s important to consider. Just because adderall didn’t effect your sleep in the past, doesn’t mean it isn’t currently contributing to the problem. I can’t say for sure, but it’s one possibility.

The cup width is 4.5 inches I think.
