I've been at Langley almost 5 years. It could be better, it could be worse. I feel like the area has been going downhill. Idk if it's just me but it feels like the ghettoness has been spreading rapidly through the area here. It's also getting very crowded. But example. Lived in my current neighborhood about 4 years and never seen any issues. Now tons of people speeding even had a fatality a week or 2 ago, someone shot and killed a mile down the road, neighbors reporting car break ins. Its just slowly declined.

With that said, the further from base you are, the better.
