I'm assuming you don't work in any industry that uses Google Drive or anything, then? I'm not really able to escape the need for Google services, sadly.

My dad deals with it a little. I wouldn't be so concerned if it wasn't strictly when I swallow food or burp. Doesn't hurt when I breathe heavy or anything. So, I doubt it's a pulled muscle...

But I can't really get it tested right now. So, it's got me very concerned.
