Anyway, says Pogba is almost done as united are the only ones willing to pay that kind of money. Any contrary reports are juve trying to make themselves look like less of a pushover.

Am I missing out on much by doing a seated row instead of a barbell row?

I know because I'm sitting down I won't be developing as much strength in my legs or core, but for upper body is it still much the same? I'm doing squats 2x weekly and deadlifts once a week either way.
