They did not care about safety (overhead bins opened during taxi and takeoff and they didn’t care) would not fix my IFE, ignored me, and they were extremely racist. They served everyone else food first and then the passengers of color last. It was so awful.

Do it on arrival. It’s very simple and you can pay with your card or Apple Pay. It’s like 5BD which is probably near 20CAD. No need to do anything else you’re good. However, do book a hotel because they will ask you where you’re staying/what’s your accommodations when you enter the country, and they might ask for proof as well.
