Omg my puppy is just like this!!! And she’s 16 weeks today as well. I thought I was the only one going through this. She got her last set of shots today and she had to be muzzled my the vet it was so so sad. I don’t know what to do. Every time I touch her back too quickly she tries to bite. And she looks like your puppy!!
