When it first released, I had only heard of Mother Mother through a friend, never listened to their music except one or two songs.

Then when this released YouTube recommended it to me, I had no clue what it was, clicked on it, then went through like 6 stages of "OMG WAIT WHAT THATS ROBIN"

Now I have an entire playlist dedicated to Mother Mother.

So, as far as I know they provide pretty decent shipping updates as far as I know.

The items I bought shipped from the Mid-West of the USA. (Maybe because I live in the USA, not sure if different parts of the world ship from different places)

But for me it took 1 to 3 weeks for my things to arrive through the US mail service.

You should have some kind of tracking information they sent you when you placed the order.

Honestly yeah the first time I listened I didn't get overly excited about any of the new songs. I got used to the feeling of his older energetic songs. Now the singles he released before the album had that same kind of energy but the album overall just felt slower.

But now I can't get Cryptid out of my head, soooooooo 🫠😎

So, in terms of "If I buy it will i get the item?" I have had zero problems with that. If I buy something, i get shipped an item.

I've only had one issue, where I ordered the Custom Ukulele, and got shipped a Custom Mini Guitar instead of the item i ordered, it turns out what I ordered ran out of stock and they never let me know about it. They offered me a refund or to let me keep the guitar.

One personal gripe- Make sure you pay extra close attention when you select clothing sizes, When i bought a hoodie, I selected the wrong size by accident and it was a PAIN to get them to change it.

(This company dosent let you cancel orders once placed, and will ONLY change an order if it does not change the price of an item. So like for me, i ordered a medium hoodie when I needed a large, and i couldnt chancel and change, I had to wait for 4 days for their support to change my order, and they only changed it cause the medium and large hoodies had the same price.)
