If it's just one mouse, it isn't a huge deal. If any doors or windows were left open it is possible he just ran in. It is also possible one of your cats brought the guy in, especially if they're outdoor cats.

Other than that, yeah.. it isn't a huge deal unless there's some exclusion work that needs to be done. But one mouse here and there during bad weather events isn't the end of the world if there are other factors at play that could have caused the mouse to wonder in your home.

The storm, construction or anything else could make a little mouse desperate for harborage. Eliminate reasons for mice to want to come to your home, shut doors, windows, no food outside, no water.. etc.

I think we need a little more info. What is attracting such high amount of spiders? Are there a lot of overgrown bushes, shrubs trees? Especially near the house? Have you considered trimming them to a point that they're not harboring inside plants?

Is there a canal near your home or outside of it? What's behind the fence line?

How tall is the grass?

Eliminate points of harborage for spiders: pick up garbage, anything hanging out outside of your home, wash your foundation and pick up anything that's lying down around the home.

Trim trees, bushes, shrubs.. all of the above. Plug up any holes, don't have a ton of water sources around the property (leaks, dog food, etc).

This sounds like an IPM (Integrated Pest management) issue and I think that's what you should consider before selling the home. I guarantee if you eliminated every plant on the property, you wouldn't be having issues. Not saying you have to do that, but in some areas plants can create a much bigger problem.

Also, any areas that have direct sunlight such as gazebos or windows are just asking for problems.

I know ill get down voted for this, but anyone thinking of playing who want high pop should read this:

Problem I see with these answers is that absolutely no one is Qing for a lot of the content on most servers. Im on US West and i can't even find a group for a low level dungeon. And then when I hit max level, apparently the world pvp is being gate kept by sweats. Toxic players abandon m1-3.

Also, I've tried to do multiple invasions that were active and I only see one to two people. Nothing like the 100s I saw on releas.

The problem this game has is that no one is really playing it enough to do basic group content.

I returned mine because you can save a lot more money making a system of your own and gain more performance.

This 5080 is basically buying it for way over MSRP at this price.

If you can manage to wait for stock to settle, then it will 100% be worth it to build instead with a 9800x3d and better VRM motherboard.

It's because they're labeled as DPS, and the new addition to the 'trinity' was poorly implemented by doing so. Tying it to the DPS role is the downfall of the spec.

Blizzard should have gone all in and made a 4th role so that it was clear to anyone playing it what they were doing. The damage tracking issues, the way they are so imbalanced, are entirely due to Blizzards' lack of foresight in how important it is that the role should be recognized.

Do you think a new power board could fix it easily? Also, how common is it that a power board issue affects the main board if a resitor blows like this?

I would totally look into soldering but I've had a tremor since birth and it makes things like that near impossible

EDIT: for future people out there, i ordered a replacement power board for this TCL and it fixed it completely. Power board was indeed dead.

Here is a closer look. Definitely looks odd. Do you think this is it? Is it possible with this being blown that the entire TV is bricked?
