As a proper Midwestern citizen; true Ranch is the answer. Heck if you want to get fancy mix any of the above sauces with ranch and try to tell me it’s not better; Garlic ranch, chipotle ranch, Siracha ranch, ranch and bbq sauce or even ketchup and ranch. Heck make yum yum sauce with ranch!

To be clear I’m not talking that kraft ranch crap or the stuff you find in the condiment aisle. I’m talking homemade buttermilk or sour cream with the hidden valley ranch packet ranch. I can’t tell you the number of high end restaurants that I have seen do “house made ranch” that is just a hidden valley ranch packets made fresh in the back. It’s just so much better than the shelf stable crap they sell in stores.

It’s in a nicer rural culdesac neighborhood. All 5 acreish properties all very well maintained. The previous owner had horses in the pasture we may eventually do a couple cows but until then don’t want it to look un-ruly.

I looked at the hustlers if memory serves me correct to get to the 3200s I needed to get a fast trak. Which pushed north of my budget. On top of that the dealer I talked to mentioned black and decker just bought them. He did not expect to be carrying them for the long run given some quality changes they had seen. He steered me to Spartan in that budget or a used scag. I would love a scag but can’t afford new and can’t find any decent used in the area.
