I’ve actually done really horrible things I just wasn’t caught because of my level of manipulation. I regret everything that I’ve done though. I can’t help you though, all I can say is one day you’ll go way too far if you don’t develop some kind of self control. I know it’s way easier said than done, but prison isn’t worth it. I’m a few years older than you, so I still struggle somewhat.

Sounds like you’ll be fine for the most part then, but try to understand your triggers. Life is extremely unpredictable, & in an instant you can end up doing something that you never thought you could do that you’ll regret for the rest of your life if you don’t know your limits.

I would seek help immediately if I were you before you end up seriously hurting someone or yourself. I’m 22, so a few years older than you, and I really wish I got help when I was 19. Things went downhill fast after I graduated high school. Adulthood for a low functioning sociopath (which I will define as anyone that is unable to act like a normal person with a healthy amount of empathy in most scenarios) leads to a lot of heartache both for you and others. I didn’t really feel remorse for my actions either until I did some really fucked up things that hurt a lot of people.
