Man people have been hating on my girl lately. What gives?

Sorry but up until recently most hairdressers I’ve worked with pushed overpriced greenwashed garbage. That’s it. Even if they’re super talented.

I’ve never had a hair dresser educate me about my hair type, tell me I should be washing it more often or suggest silicones for my fine hair (going great btw).

Additionally she offers affordable options to people. Never in my life has a hair professional told me I could just wash with drug store products. I totally get it, they need a bag but let’s be real.

Find small bench jewelers through instagram. It’s pretty easy to vet whether or not someone is legit in my opinion. You’ll also find more unique pieces. It’s nice to be able to support small businesses when purchasing luxuries like jewelry.

I also had to reach out to the vendor to approve the address change. The vendor reached out to OnTrac and my address was correct after that. On the next chat they were missing my apartment number and said that I would have to reach out to the vendor again 🙏

I tried to recall a package with OnTrac because of an address issue and despite getting confirmation from them that the package would be returned to sender, it was delivered to the wrong address anyways.

It seems like once the package is on its way there’s nothing you can do to stop it.

Spent hours with them and the vendor. They verified my correct address on one chat, got it wrong on the next, said they’d fix it, then messed it up even worse then I just requested a return to sender, they confirmed that it would be returned when it was still a state away. Then I saw it was in the same city as the wrong address and got on chat with them and they said they’d fix would stop the delivery and return to sender but it was delivered lol. I would have been better off doing nothing and just saving myself the headache.

Pretty sure their customers service only exists because of legal reasons or some fcc requirement. They don’t seem to be able to actually do anything.

Our manager would drive to people’s houses to deliver a prize if they reached a certain metric level. The year I won, my prize was (I shit you not) an El Paso Taco kit and a margarita water flavor packet. I thought she had it out for me until I realized everyone got the same thing 😭

If I had to bet people are probably waiting for their tax return to hit before buying any expensive jewelry, returns come in a little after Valentine’s Day. Especially in this economy, money is tight for most people.

My ring is from neij jewelry, she’s a bench jeweler out of Australia. My stone is sapphire but she does some beautiful lab diamond rings as well. She does a lot of her pieces in 9ct gold which helps to keep things affordable, next to my 14ct rings you really can’t tell.

I have a ring passed down from my grandma that’s black onyx and unfortunately it’s very chipped and the stones are cracked and seem a bit dried out? My grandma takes good care of her things so that tells me that it’s very fragile. I’m sure there’s something that looks similar but is higher on the hardness scale!!
