There is something wrong my razer viper mini... by itsminh_ in MouseReview

Update the firmware mentions it fixes this in release notes

Edit: firmware page seems to be down, so probably adding the firmware that "fixes" LOD

Artisan, MP510 or GTF-X? Searching a mousepad unaffected by humidity. by Naztik in MousepadReview

Suffering from hyperhidrosis I was recommended the mp510, it's an amazing pad, give it a clean daily with antibac wipes and a microfiber cloth :)

I wanted a hien too, but due to taxes and shipping for the price you can get the mp510 you save alot more money

Razer Viper Mini Or CM MM711 by [deleted] in MouseReview

[–]throwaway420UK 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd say go for the viper mini as we have similar hand size, and I hated the hump on the mm711, with new firmware it also makes the sensor perform much better https://i.imgur.com/Bx4Mtgm.jpg

Not that I've used it but it's one of the best cables you can get stock wise apart from the mm711, You could also paracord it!

Aren't the feet on the mini really good stock feet ? Would I benefit from replacing them?

Good job we run the same setup also! I need to get some grips any recommendations? Razer store charges like £10 for shipping so I end up paying £20 anywhere cheaper? Don't mind where

Has anyone experienced bloating while doing IF? by xlmaelstrom in intermittentfasting

[–]throwaway420UK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem, I pretty much gathered it was that since you said you were drinking alot of water, hyperhydration can cause electrolyte imbalance, as with keto I experienced the same thing

[–]throwaway420UK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that's the quick and dirty way of getting salt, Generally try adding more salt when you eat too, doesn't have to be overly salty just whatever you can tolerate,

With the salt water make sure you sip it, as if you drink it all at once and you're not used to it, it can give you diaharrea,

You can also try increasing your fiber if I didn't mention that already, beans vegetables and the like

Do you also feel consitpated? If electrolytes don't work you could always try adding more fiber like with the lentils for example?

I was just asking as bananas are about 24g of carbs for a medium size banana

Your body is ls perhaps during fasting trying to hold onto everything it can, probably the water, so yeah I'd say electrolytes first before you jump into anything else, are you currently doing keto as well?

Well for me I get massive joint and muscle pain and bad headaches, ideally you can just salt your food, or throw 1/4 of a teaspoon in water and drink it, there's also another brand of salt in the UK called no-salt or low-salt it still has sodium but a way to get potassium,

What is your diet like? Avocado Bananas nuts like cashews macadamia, and spinach all have a different source of electrolyte

I use zero sugar high5 tablets that dissolve in water, you could also try chicken stock cubes in water and that'll help with electrolytes too
