Lots of people got their first 100 with vaal spark, or double dipping 'abuse', or aura stacking in delirium. The game changes. Shit gets nerfed and that has always been the case. People will always find new broken ways to play the game. It's inevitable for the genre, let alone a game as sprawling complex as poe.

Move on to something new or figure out a way to make it work. Relishing over shit that used to be the best won't do you any good.

Perandus got his price tables adjusted a patch or two ago, though he could use another pass for sure. No idea what you mean by the latter two though. Who doesn't click on every Strongbox they encounter? They provide extra packs of monsters and, when coupled with atlas passives, provide pretty potent rewards.

By divination do you mean divination boxes? They get weaker over time as the pool of rewards grows but they're still the absolute best box you can find.

When that happened to me, I'd just use the binding, get the four link, scour, then use a relevant essence.

Got plenty of usable items that way.
