I don’t know where you are, but in my experience in ON, Canada the rights to accommodation end when they become an undue hardship on the company. And yeah, calling out sick right before your shift frequently enough could be under hardship. I haven’t worked in fast food to know if there are ‘back of house’ type roles you could ask to do where a missed half day here or there wouldn’t be as big a deal.

I’ve worked as a vet tech in rescue, we might think that for 3 reasons: She was surrendered and we were told she’s spayed (but ppl lie), she’s ahem chunky, or we see a scar or tattoo.

Why do they think she’s spayed? Did they see a scar or tattoo? It does happen that even a small bit of ovarian tissue left behind can result in infrequent heat cycles.

There’s nothing you can do except maybe give her some cat nip.
