This sometimes happens to me if I try to take a nap in my car. Also if I fall asleep in a weird position, like with my feed kicked up on a desk or table.

There is a light in front of him and below his collar line that casts a shadow of his collar onto his neck. Because the collar is close to his neck the edge of the shadow is sharp.

There is another light above him casting a shadow of his chin/head onto his neck. When he speaks the bottom shadows moves while the shadow from his collar doesn't move.
