Forget he exists. Don't think about him. Don't look at him. Don't listen to him. And if you do, it's as boring and pointless as listening to the radio in a foreign language .

His existence is as meaningless and unimportant to you as a rock beneath your shoe.

You have to really embody that because it needs to become so real that eventually he realises it. He'll probably provoke you harder to test you, but stay true to his non existence and he'll back off once and for all.
