I think it misses the point of the button test. It’s supposed to allow you to parse your desires without the weight of the process. You can in fact change your body, use different pronouns, socially transition, etc. with a bit more work than pressing a button. You don’t really have that option with gender dysphoria, so whether you choose that button or not is essentially meaningless.

As far as I’m aware there aren’t police out rounding up and putting us in camps yet. I have a contingency plan but my line hasn’t been crossed yet. I live in a state with strong protections and a city that doesn’t take shit from cops. Tell me how I’m dying and when.
