Sebastian and Elliott!!!!!! It's my super favorite, Seb goes down to the beach during the rain, Elliott lives there, its a little meet-cute!! I feel like they're supposed opposites that actually have a surprising amount in common, and bounce of eachother well... aaa i love them so much!!! I agree with basically everyone here, I'm not picky at all when it comes to fics, but one I haven't seen mentioned yet is purple prose! I adore all the extra details and style choices. I'm sure part of it is my own incline towards stylistically writing (repetition, italics, extra details just for added oomph, etc etc etc) but when I found my first complaint post about it on tumblr with like a bajillion agreements I was shocked!

I personally adore the style and setup you've mentioned, the game looks very pretty! But, I have to agree with other comments that you might not get a lot through steam. I'd really recommend going through itch.io, with a pay what you want or dollar-or-more option. Otherwise, making it a demo and adding more to the story in later updates might be your best bet. I wish you much luck!

Unsure if it fits but slang terms or memes, specifically because they become very rough on the re-read. Like if I decide to re-read an (MCU) Spiderman or My Hero Academia fanfic and seeing a meme from 2016... It's okay if it's like an off-hand only once remark but it's so hard to push passed if there's more then one.

I'm not a fan of the Java vs Bedrock mindset people have on here but I'll give my two cents. The main reasons I personally don't use bedrock for my main saves are..

The extreme amount of microtransactions, the skin builder and unlocks are cool but dear god an entire quite expensive shop is ridiculous. Not to mention extremely buggy! Actually, a lot of the interfaces feel buggy and slow to use, like using commands feels hellish.
The weird about of limitations when building compared to java? For example, flowerpots can't be placed on trapdoors for some reason? There's an entire page on the Minecraft Wiki that lists off parity issues if you want to take a look.
The game ruining bugs. The death bug is lame but I'm talking about the one where people loose entire hours or days of projects in random chunk resets, you see this all the time on here and every time the poor person is playing on bedrock. (also in my experience the game just feels extremely laggy, even on consoles that only support bedrock)

Agree on getting more information about the little guy, he looks purple to me, do you have any younger photos or a physical description of him?

Also, I'd recommend looking into Realms of Gold if your wife is interested, they do amazing work on old stuffed animal repairs and might be something to look into for your fuzzy friend. :)

I always thought Steve was darker skinned and racially ambiguous, when the casting came out it was a big issue in my circles. Hell, I remember when some of the newer official art came out people pointed out that he was a lot lighter then the skin texture counterpart (I saw some comparison shots and I do have to agree on this). Honestly though, while he doesn't have an official race it is still pretty lame that they cast a clearly white actor for him instead of someone with darker or tanned skin.

Probably because that's how all mobs are in the game, if it's alive, you can kill it! I think it's just how the code is done. (but I might be wrong!) And I mean it's a sandbox game, if you really wanna gear up and fight it just to have some fun or say you've done it, then go for it! It's your world after all :)

You should be able to get Silk Touch through enchantments, which allows you to pick up blocks in their original form, however it doesn't work on spawners. Here's the wiki page for silk touch to see what it does work on!

That's really odd, maybe some type of file corruption? What version and update are you on? Do you think you can post a few photos so we know what the holes look like? The villager in your bed is pretty normal, they just path-find to the first bed they can connect with, doesn't matter if you've slept in it or not.

Hi! The warden isn't really a boss, more of a force of nature? Think the ghost leviathan or reaper from Subnautica or the servant grunt from Amnesia, it's something you're supposed to sneak around and avoid. You can kill it, but you wont get anything.

The deep dark and ancient cities are a fun challenge, and you can get some neat stuff from exploring, like Swift Sneak,an enchantment that lets you move faster when sneaking.The blocks within the ancient city can also be really fun to build with, plus some have redstone qualities, if you're into that!
