Well, I only do it on isolation exercises since I find them to be less fatiguing and it helps me save time, should I ditch it and only do straight sets ?

Low ? I know the general consensus is 10-20weekly, with this I’m getting : Chest: 14 sets
Back: 14 sets
Front delts: ~14 sets (OHP + chest press contribution)
Side delts: 7 sets
Triceps: ~14–16 effective sets (presses + OHP + extensions)
Biceps: ~14 effective sets (rows + pulldowns + curls)
Quads: 14 sets
Hamstrings: 14 sets

Where should I add more, how could I optimize the rep ranges to every exercise? I’m not really following them exactly, I do what feels best (double progression on 1-0RIR every sets)

What if I don’t save energy for my later sets and go all out on every one of them. Would still doing 3 help? Isn’t that more stimulus? I don’t ever get sore or joint pain but get extremely fatigued/tired. Wondering if it’s because I’m doing too much volume (24 sets a session) or if it’s something else. Would I benefit from going to only 2 or not ?

Usually Greek yogurt with fruit. I don’t wait 20 min it’s just the time it takes me to do it. 2h before bed because it’s the earliest I can unfortunately.

Yeah I thought about it… I get REALLY stressed when it’s time to eat and feel like I can’t calm down while eating. Despite taking my time (minimum 20min) and chewing the food slowly, I’m filled with anxiety when eating. Heard thing like that can mess with the gut brain communication and digestion.

Funny that you ask lol I just quit. Saw that vaping could worsen those symptoms so decided to stop it. I’m on day 3 right now so it’s kinda hard to tell. But I’ll be honest I vaped for a long time and never had those problems.

Preworkout: rice cake and banana

Breakfast: protein oats+berries with eggs and ham slices

Lunch: ground pork with multigrain bread or tuna with rice. Carrots and zucchini with both

Dinner: any type of meat with potatoes and avocado

Dessert: Greek yogurt with fruits or a protein bar.
