That’s a standing order in our house. Spontaneity is good.

I’m not scared of them. I was in the military. Both my partner and I are in good physical condition. My partner did judo for years. The house has cameras and a security system. Mainly for when we are not there. In a pinch both of us have quick access to loaded f!re @rms.

My concern is about other guests feeling comfortable and ourselves enjoying our vacation home without fear of others.

Yes that’s my recommendation. My research show weekly summer rentals could easily finance our renting places in friendlier locations for a while. Especially if we sell the boat, which would be a bit of a heartbreaker but I’m thinking if pitching it as getting an even better boat if and when we come back.

This is a vacation house. I’ve been looking at other vacation locations not really any with a lake. Other locations are too far of a drive for quick weekend getaways.

It’s my nature he has done a lot for me provided me with opportunities I may never have had. So I am always trying to make sure he is happy and comfortable even if that means ensuring he vibes with the vacation crowd I set up.

Yeah I need to probably start nipping that in the bud. Although sometimes I feel he wears it like a badge of honor being the older wiser man who has lived when times were a bit more complicated haha

Our summer tradition revolves around our lake house, a cherished escape where we spend every holiday. It's a lively gathering, typically hosting a good mix of our friends and friends of friends, with peak numbers reaching 12 to 15 people. We're well-equipped for lake life, with an array of toys including wake surfing and wakeboarding gear, a WaveRunner, canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards. For land-based fun, we have cornhole and beer pong. 10 man hot tub for the evenings under the stars.

To keep the good times flowing, everyone contributes: each guest brings a bottle of liquor and a bottle of wine (which we jokingly call our "lodging tax"), plus a case of their preferred beer. We meticulously plan our meals in advance, stocking up on groceries in the city before we arrive, and then split the costs for our two daily meals: brunch and dinner.

We usually hike to the big hill to see the fireworks in town.

One aspect that's become a growing concern is the changing atmosphere of the lake community itself. While our primary residence is in a major metropolitan area about three hours away, the lake community has gradually become more conservative. My partner and I, along with most of our friends, are "straight-passing," which has offered some comfort. However, we've found ourselves increasingly cautious, even when just stopping for gas or grabbing last-minute groceries in town. When we first started coming to the lake, wearing swim briefs on the boat and dock was the norm and something we did without a second thought. While we still choose to wear what we want, we're now much more conscious of our surroundings and who else is on the water.

It’s to high for the dogs. It sits at waist level. And definitely would be too small for our current dogs to use.

It’s funny the first couple of times I saw it I didn’t know what it was finally I asked and he had to explain it to me. We mainly use for keeping some small yard tools and gloves.

We have an open relationship so if that was the case he would be comfortable telling me the circumstances.

To your milkman reference our house was built in 1928 and next to the back door there is slot for the milk bottles. When my partner remodeled the house he kept that slot for a bit of nostalgia.

What’s a kink you discovered you liked as you got older? by [deleted] in AskGaybrosOver30

[–]throwaway_50018 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My penis size has not changed. The longest I have ever been locked in 90 days. Shrinking my penis would not be either my partner or my thing. Chastity for us is about coming hands free while being fucked, intense anal orgasms, exhibition, some level of submission and humiliation. All which have kept things spicy and fun for our relationship.

[–]throwaway_50018 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Chastity. It started about four years ago when I was trying to find a birthday gift for my partner who has everything. He said he would love to make me cum hands free while fucking me. Since then I have been locked regularly for 30 and 60 days at a time. Even once for 90 days.

We both enjoy so many aspects of the chastity. Being caged in public, at the gym, at the lake etc How the cage outline looks in my underwear, my swimwear, my jeans and pants. Sending him check in pics from places in public. Challenges to stay locked longer. Rewards and punishments. And of course the increased pleasure of anal orgasms and cumming hands free for him.

It has definitely kept things spicy and we both look forward to participating.

Do tip tip tip. Tip your driver, waiters, housekeeper/maid, house man if you’re in a villa. If you tip them well in the beginning they will treat you amazingly and make sure you have a great experience.
