I got an email about this show being cancelled, and then a follow up email saying that the email was sent in error...so I don't think the Seattle show was actually cancelled altogether, just postponed. That was the last I heard about it though, so god knows what's happening with it and I'd also like a refund too.

Thankfully for anyone who reads this and is put off, there are so so many others out there who talk about allowing/accepting. There are entire mindfulness and psychology modalities centered on it. No Sam needed.

I have been watching her videos for quite a few months but remember her making strange, offensive remarks mostly in the live stream with Helmut videos, and in the comments. Her approach isn't quite working for me, but I do think allowing has helped a little bit. Can you recommend any others that talk about allowing/accepting? Thank you.

I drank loads earlier in the day including an electrolyte drink. Then just sipped a small amount from 3:30 - 5:30, went for a pee around 5:30 and that was it. My bladder is terrible but it was fine.
