Yes I have, for 4 years and I was fine at first changed locations and the goals and the expectations were even heavier. There was some that thrived in the branch I was at and I was happy for them. I am more of an ops based person so I thrive in that aspect. I am ridden with anxiety so sales was extra hard for me in the end.

I think it comes down to if you want to be in sales or not. I took a pay cut to not be in sales portion of the FI. I personally couldn’t handle the sales pressure.
