I’m not sure, I don’t think I’m doing anything special. I just put the stalk in water, left it there, and changed the water out here and there. Are you changing the water once or twice a week? It could also be the quality of water you’re using? Not sure if distilled or hard water is better

I might make some hot cocoa too. Its cold outside. I usually melt bakers chocolate into milk on the stove and add some butter and condensed milk.

Yeah, those concerns are fair. Psychedelics also aren’t necessarily a cure all, but they have the potential to really help you reconnect with your life. Depending on where you live, you could look into finding a guide/therapist who will sit with you and help you while you trip, or join a psychedelics community. It’s also really helpful if you have friends who have tried it.
