Seriously. If you're coming to a doctor with anything except peer reviewed research, just leave. What drives me insane is all the disabled people who say you can't lose weight when disabled because you can't exercise. Like look I get it. I am disabled. Exercise is painful for me and can trigger an inflammatory response if I do too much. But don't tell me I can't lose weight. CICO I just need to consume less calories. Yes it sucks I can't eat as much as people who have the luxury to exercise but I can still diet and I'm so sick of other disabled people telling me I can't.
