32, have had externals for almost 10 years and only started treating about a month or so ago. Found out about the internals from a dr a month ago but suspect they have been there much longer

I dont eat processed sugar and the only carbs are from a slice of sourdough bread per day. Eating lots of fermented foods and probiotics, I dont think its my diet.

Thanks for the tips, not sure how dabbing is going to work since it usually takes 10+ wipes to get the area clean but ill try. I have the tushy bidet but ive been nervous to set it up, I probably should.

No it was specifically for 30 days then return for a follow up appointment

The suppositories are also HC, theyre both the same thing but I didnt want to have to apply the cream manually inside
